Phosphagenics Limited (“Phosphagenics” or “the Company”) is a company incorporated under the Corporations Act of the Commonwealth of Australia in 1992 and has been quoted on the official lists of the Australian Stock Exchange as conducted by the ASX Limited (“ASX”) continuously since August 1993;  the Company’s ordinary shares are traded on the ASX under securities code : POH.

In July 2004 the Company’s ordinary fully paid shares were granted quotation on the London Stock Exchange Alternative Investments Market (“AIM”) under the securities code of PSG.

In March 2005 the Company established an ADR-Level 1 Facility (Code : PPGNY) and ADR securities are now traded on the OTCQX in the United States of America.  The ADR’s are traded on the basis of one ADR representing 30 ordinary shares.
